At Home STEAM Project: 005

Is your child a visual learner? Do they enjoy puzzles, picture finds and other similar activities? This number matching STEAM project aims to teach numbers in a fun and engaging way. This is also a project that you can keep on the wall to turn into a daily math exercise.

005: Number Matching

Math can be fun! Let's match some numbers.

What you need:

-Post-it Notes

-Markers

-Paper

Instructions:

-Draw out clusters of dots on a piece of large paper, 1-10

-Write each number on a separate post-it note

-Have your child match the written number to the corresponding dot cluster

What they learn:

-A fun way to learn their numbers!

-Visual recognition

When the project is complete:
